You need to put an NTSC CIC (lockout) chip in the DX2. You can either get this chip out of your NTSC SWC DX or unsolder one from a cheap SNES NTSC cart. I don't know where it's located in the DX. Most SNES carts will label it "CIC" on the circuit board. It's a 16 pin IC. Plug it in to your DX2 in location U10. Make sure you line up pin one on the IC (don't put the IC in backwards).
