Of course it doesn't. The SNES does not have a BIOS.
There is a small amount of ROM code inside the sound CPU, but that is for the sound CPU only, not externally accessible. The lockout chip has its own program inside, but again, that is not accessible. Neither of those could be called a BIOS.
There is no built-in 65816 code.
