Seems to me its hit or miss.....i cant get a consistant method going

I never knew until now how complex NES games are. But, i have learned alot and at the moment I have around 150 games successfully working flawlessly. Games like Paperboy 2, Baseball, RC Pro AM and other games that were graphically screwed took me lots of time to finally get working.

People in this board have been very helpful, but I have learned there are many versions of mappers, and dealing with mirroring problems, file PRG and CHR sizes, etc, so whomever updates QND (or writes a new .NES to DNES converter) has their work cut out for them.

I still think Chris Covell should make a webboard for us PC Jr users and there should be an archive of ROMs so everyone doesnt have to go through what I have already gone thru.

The Dr PC Jr is a great machine, and with more exposure, help from the programmers, and a place where other users can share their findings, only then will this machine's full potential be reached.

    • Tommmmy, maybe u can share you wisdom on mapper hacking (or playing FDS games on Dr PC Jr) and hardware additions like u said!
