Super Wild Card DX 2

Hello All, I have a question concerning the above piece of hardware. I'm curious about the diskdual, which is a HD/CDROM add on for this device. Does anyone know if it requires a special hd or cdrom? Or will any ole drive do? Also, with this add on attached to the DX 2, does the dx2 have a menu system to load games off the drive? Thanks for your help and time,
