I got "WCM error message" on Professor SFII. Is it I burn out something inside the system (PSFII)?

Becase I put my floppy drive with external power (not using internal PSFII power) and PSFII system with another power it work fine. However, once i used the internal SFII power for floppy drive together, error message appear!!

I would like to replace the 1000 uF 10V capacitor but ot sure it will fix the problem?

Hope some can help me

PS : I already try different AC power but fail
