Multi Game Hunter Disk-Error

I own a Multi Game Hunter,which is not working. I use it with the Genesis and I can dump games to the RAM of it but when I try to copy it to disk it just says "Wrong Disk Format".This happens everywhere I want to access the disk drive, even if I only want to rename a file or see the directory of the disk.Only formatting works sometimes but not always!.Can anybody help me???Or do you know a Site about the MGH?
