Hi Mikael,

You shouldn't get a voltage across a working fuse, 'cos they just act like a piece of wire. What you should do is use the resistance setting on your multimeter to do continuity testing. You can do this with the power OFF, avoiding the chance of further damage.

I'd advise that you replace the fuse in your PAL SNES as soon as possible. You wouldn't want it catching fire or anything.
