Multi Game Hunter Question

Hi,
I have a Multi Game Hunter (and i use it with the Sega Genesis) and i wont to play the sega genesis roms from the net with it. but what files or with what extansion are ok to play with it - or should i convert the roms with a rom-util? nice if somebody help me. i hope my english is not to well. bye, brabel
