Are you sure that you don't mix up MGH with MGD? There were quite a lot of different adaptors for the Multi Game Doctor Series of copiers, but I was not aware of anything like that for the Multi Game Hunter.

The Super Magic Drive can play SMS games via the Genesis/Megadrive's built in Master System compatibility, maybe the MGH can do this, too. GG ROMs can also be converted to be kind of SMS compatible, maybe that's what you mixed your information up with?
