*HELP!!* Super Wild Card DX2 64MBit or Game Doctor 7 for the following games

I'm thinking about buying a copier for SNES games. All I need is one that COPYS and PLAYS and NO other features needed. I don't need cheat codes, real time save, or hooking it up with my PC.

(1)Which one would you guys recommned: Super Wild Card DX2 64MBit or Game Doctor 7?

(2)Here are the games that I want to back up: Zelda 3: A Link to the Past, Super Mario All-Stars, Super Mario World, Super Mario RPG, Super Metroid, Super Punch-Out!! Chrono Trigger, Contra 3, and Donkey Kong Country 2. Can ALL these games be copied?? These are the ONLY ones that I want to back up. $300 US dollars is quite steep, so I want to make sure that I will buy one that can copy and play the games that I want.
