I've thought about a similar, though though equally impossible, solution.

A different approach though. Sending the decrypted graphics through the parallel port as needed. Patching the ROM to load unencrypted graphics files from the PC would also slow it down way too much though. The remaining 16 Mbits could be used as a buffer, but it wouldn't be enough to keep the game from crawling to a snail's pace.

Just play those 2 games (and any other game with a special chip) in ZSNES, though you might want to purchase a controller adapter from Zophar.net (they look a little flimsy but mine works very well) and a video card with TV out capabilities to make the experience as authentic as possible. It may not be EXACTLY like playing them on the real SNES, but it's very close.
