I've ordered from them and would recommend them. The quality is high. For the price it's a very good deal if you're aware of the limitations of the unit (and it sounds like you are).

The other things I'd mention are:

Plus:
It will support multiple formats, Super UFO, Game Doctor, and FIG.

Minus:
Doesn't use SMC format which is the most common these days so if you don't back-up your own carts you'll have to learn how to convert images.
