HELP, new to this..

I'm looking to buy a used SNES copier (Pro Figther X-32mb) and was wondering if I can use the ROMS for the ZNES emulator to be played on the SNES. So do you have to format the SMC, SFC, or SRM to make them playable on the profighter drive?
