Are you sure the CD-ROM is an IDE? The Game Doctors use a proprietary interface CD-ROM drive. If you attempt to put an IDE CD-ROM drive in there you might blow something out. Better check it.

Does your Game Station use a version 7.20 BIOS? I've been trying to get a dump of this but have been unable to find it. Any chance you could dump it? Where did you buy your Game Station?
