Carts are ~$30, games start at $10...then there's shipping/handleing from Japan...

I wish the flash was connected to the SNES bus directly, but it goes through the ASIC to the bus.

Altough, seeing how many other nintendo things are treated ... have you checked to see if someone at one of the convenient stores figured out how the writers work. I bet there's someone who already figured out how to write these guys.

Those programmers are only in Japan, so you'd have to go out there with a device that goes between the programmer and cart to snag the opcodes sent back and forth. And hope the store clerk doesn't get mad :P
