Answers to your questions:

1. Best Genesis Copier is probably Super Magic Drive. SF2 CE for Genesis is 40mb and you'll need a copier higher than 32mb to play it.

2. Never heard of game card. FFE magic card itself is limited as far as playing NES/Famicom ROM's. Better to get a Dr PC Jr as it plays majority of all USA games.

3. Like all bung copiers, i believe MGD uses the game doctor format but i am not certain

4. You'll need the DRAM adaptor for loading multiple SNES ROMs. MGD2 isnt worth it at all for SNES ROM playback. Better to get a Professor SF2 for that.
