They burn the games onto ROMs, put them on PCBs and set them in plastic casings identical to SFC's. The sticker labels are copied and stuck on. They typically remove the "Nintendo Seal of Approval" mark, along with company names...
I know, the best ones are when they design their own labels, but anything is good, cos as i said before, they dont come up often. if you could email it to me some time that would be good, or upload it and leave the link here....
