'lo all, I recently began working on a genesis flash cart built from an old cartridge PCB and two flash chips I got, but I've invested a lot of time into troubleshooting it and it still doesnt seem to be working. As far as I know it's wired up properly, but is there anyone out there who has done this type of thing that could offer a pointer or two?
