Can it accept 220V as I'm from England. 2) What is the 'header' of a ROM? I have no idea what it is and what is does? 3) When you say fix the 'header' what do you mean? I had a go at it even though I have no idea what's going on, SNES tool comes up with Static ROM and I have no idea what it means. 4) What can a IPS patch do? It compares games and is obviously a form of patch, but what's it for? 5) When you say patch a game because it doesn't work, do you mean use a SNES utility and use the provided patch programs or look for a specific patch for the game design specifically for it? 6) Is the SWC capable of backing PAL games, not just NTSC?
