you must have the file!
then you load it from disk and you enter new codes.then you will be able to save the new sfgmcode.d00 to disk.
(save the original sfgmcode.d00 first)

the doctor will display if there is some codes for the loaded games

that's all

oh... i don't know why but when somebody speak about sfgmcode.d00 ..
nobody want to answer....peraps it's a "secret defense file..."
