Thanks for clearing this up! I was already confused and thought I didn't got something. Does anyone know why GEP is not capable of patchinf the Doom game? Do all the other game that require EEPROM work gine with GEP?

It seems that some people don't have a problem (I think people with newer versions of the 64MB cart) and some people who do (with the older version). My question is, how do the carts differ?
