I've built a parallel port version of the device that's used to program my DIY copier cart. Here are some scans:

I managed to transfer ROMs through this cart at a speed of about 20kbytes/s, so a whole 32MBit SNES game takes 3.5 minutes and a 32MBit Genesis game 1.75 minutes.
The next schematic to come will be of the actual RAM cart.
