I'm not sure about the Super UFO... but I ordered my GBA Linker/Flash Card from Success Online Store and have had no problems. In general, if you order using EMS, it'll take about a week from overseas to the US. And about 2 weeks if you're doing it by airmail.

With recent problems with postal packages, whatever you bring in over in the US, will be looked at more closely.
