Post deleted and user banned...

I've deleted the last "Viagra" pop-up post and banned IP range 216.15.* ... hope it doesn't affect too much of our users (well, about 65025 of them ;) ) and keeps that loser away...
Anyone knows what provider this IP range belongs to? My bet is AOL, in that case that ban won't help very much :(
