That's an interesting existential question...

You meant to say is T&F2 _supposed_ to work on a Dr PC Jr, right?

It should, as it's an MMC1 game. If it doesn't work for you, once again, change byte location $20 (hex) from #$00 to #$FF. This works for most MMC1 games.
