How come Metroid 3/Super Metroid won't work when I play it on SWC DX2?

When I try to play the rom of Super Metroid it say "Copying video games is illegal", and it won't let me play it. On Fat_Mike's FAQ, it says this is because of SRAM checks, but it also says this shouldn't be a problem with Super Wildcard DX2, and that's what I'm using!

Andy suggestions?
