Game Doctor SF7 DRAM chips

I can't remember who asked about this but here is some info.

There are a few different types of dram boards using different types of dram. Some of the boards etch the part numbers off the drams. A board I have with part numbers on the dram uses KM48C2100AJ-7 dram chips.
