Having never owned a Magic Drive i couldn't say for certain but im sure i rmemeber reading that the hardware design of these copiers limits them to 16MBit.

Not that im saying the method i described earlier is the only thing that needs to be done to upgrade a 24M copier to 32M. It WILL make the copier report 32M and the upgraded RAM board will funtion correctly in a standard 32 meg wildcard ; BUT! , most 24M wildcards will need a slight modification doing to mainboard PCB AND they will need a replacement PAL decoder chip.
