I have a question about using Tales of Phantasia (48mbit) on a 32mbit SWCDX2.

Hi again. I was just wondering something.

If I were to use the Dual Disc Drive to play Tales of Phantasia on a 32mbit SWC, would it play? Does the DDD run directly to the SNES, or does it load the rom into the SWC memory, and then play it?

The reason being is that if I wanted a 64mbit SWC, I'd have to save for another 2 weeks. But if I could buy the 32mbit one this week, and satisfy myself with Seiken Densetsu 3 till I can get the money for a DDD, than I'd do that.
