uhm.. I could be wrong there (not having that copier), but wouldn't simply disabling the lockout chip in the SNES fix that? it will allow you to use US/jap carts in a PAL machine (as long as it has no extra lockout like 50/60 Hz check), it should allow for the US copier to be used in a PAL machine too, or vice versa. for instructions on how to disable the chip, check www.gamesx.com. it did work for my super magicom copier.
