I received my new SFC but...

Ok, it came with no power supply. Then I used one with 9V (SFC needs 10) and with 1 mA. Can that be a problem? Because my copier doesn't work with my SFC. I have a SWCDX2 64MB. I get only black screen.
Yes, it came with PAL ROM. But I heard here it doesn't matter.

Btw, Jituparo Oshaberi Parodius rules! And it only works with the SFC, no with my PAL with adapters (I have the one who let the protected games work too) nor from the copier (playing from the cart).
