WIERD Super Pro Fighter Q problem.. PLEASE HELP!

When I plug the Super Pro Fighter Q into my SNES and turn it on (with a cart it) the screen comes up fine.. it can detect the cart type and report on it. All looks fine. I got a 9v 850mA AC/DC plugged in..

When I try to read/write/format any floppy inside of it, the disk drives makes wierd noises.. the light stays on, but nothing happens!!!

I removed the disk drive, put it into a PC to test it, and it works FINE!

What can it be??? What else can I do??

PLEASE HELP...
