Is anybody able to format the FAQ so it will not be screwed when opened on other computer than mine?(TxT)

Ok, I wasn't thinking too much, but I use a resolution of 1024*768, and the FAQ is best looking at at resolution. But I would like to find a way that could prevent the FAQ from being screwed when opened on another computer with another res like 800*600 or with other setting. Is somebody able to do that because I tried many time and it was worse and worse everytime.
