> What mapper is Super Mario Brothers and Super C? I've never gotten these two games to work correctly on the PCjr. What are the headers suppose to look like for these two games?
Super Mario Bros. is NROM (mapper 0). QND doesn't convert mapper 0, 1, 2, and 3 games properly sometimes. To get mapper 0 or 3 games to work (if they don't work), open up the converted PCJr ROM in a hex editor and change byte location $13 (HEX) to "00". If that doesn't work, then post to the board again.
Super C is an MMC3 (mapper 4) game. It should work just fine on the PCJr, so I don't know what to suggest for that. Try to find a good dump of the ROM, or get the Japanese ROM and try that in the PCJr.
Remember, that I have a messageboard for questions just like this at http://nesdev.parodius.com/cgi-bin/wwwthreads/wwwthreads.pl?action=list&Board=pcjr
