I don't know about anyone else, but I prefer html

You could then make links to each area of the file instead of having to scroll to it (I hate that,) plus most any computer should be able to view it. I opened up the rtf with wordpad (screw bloated word processors like word and wordperfect, don't know if they show it any better,) and had to turn word wrap off and crap (800x600 here,) and it looked like a mess. With html, you could just put it all in a table set to say 90% width of the screen, so it'd be fine at any resolution.

And html won't make it bloated either (unless you use some html making program.) All you'd need is to make links, and add a table tag, and you're done.

Just my opinion, I think html is the best, it's more compatible then other formats, and very flexible.

One last thing, mario rpg uses only the sa-1, not the dsp :)
