Fat Mike (name of an unknown cart)

Do you maybe know of the name of the ROM? I've searched throug my whole collection, and I can't find any Mario games that has the word "rock" or "roll" in it...

For all of you who might what it is...
It's a Mario game with a map like SMB3, but the cool thing is that you can turn into a cangaroo and stuff...
I don't think it's a SMB3 hack, cause it had completely different stages...
