The guys who advertised that vapourware GBA copier a while ago also seem to offer a WS/C copier... according to the site it's for sale already (unlike that GBA thingy). Since those guys also produce GBC flash cards I think it's safe to assume that this thing is legit. Direct Link here, visit Babelfish for translation.

I don't know of any other, but since there are EEPROM-2-SRAM redirectors already available for WSC (Menace even has supplied one together with their latest WSC release) there has to be some kind of backup device for sale somewhere. There were some cart schematics at Tototek recently, too... maybe someone will develop a homebrewn solution soon :-) .
