HELP!!!!!

I got my Super UFO pro 8 yesterday.. and all is working well EXEPT THE DISK DRIVE! I've tried every disk in my house, and the UFO claims it can't read the floppy inserted... even though my computer reads it fine. I've tried formating the disk, erasing it.... But nothing is working... Help please?
