Seiken densetsu on the Profighter x turbo 2

I checked the rom several times and it should work.And it does start up and it plays to the point where you choose your characters then the intro starts and the screen stays black (i kept it on for half an hour but that didn't help either).
it is the same for all the characters

I tried a lot of things Pal fixes,Ntsc fixes,slowrom fixes.With or without the patch,By the way i used Killem,Snestool and insnest.I just don't know what to do anymore.
My guess is that there are some protections on the game or the game uses a special chip

If any of you know how i can make it work reply here
