NTSC SNES/SFC and Terranigma

Has anyone played through Terranigma on a US SNES or a SFC? Did any glitches appear, anything strange happen during the game, or did it work flawlessly?

Just thinking about doing the 50/60 mod on a my SFC, but it might be worthless if Terranigma will work, cause there's no other reason to wanting a SNES that runs in 50 Hz...
