Older Profighter Models are somewhat "universal", that means you'll need to have a Cartridge from the country your SNES is from inserted. The newer ones already have Jap, US or Euro lockout chips inserted, you can read more about it here: figfix.txt.

If you have a PAL SNES I'd recommend disabling the lockout chip completely, though (and performing a 50/60 Hz modification while you've opened you SNES anyways...). You can read more about it here: http://home.freeuk.net/markk/index.html. If you have a Profighter without lockout chip you won't even need a cartridge anymore.
