I can't play multi-disk roms on UFO or SWCDX

I've tried this on both the UFO 8 and SWCDX2, I can't load a 32mbit rom off of floppy disks and play them. It loads onto the system fine, but when I try to play it the screen just goes black, I've tried this with a seiken densetsu 3 with a translation patch. Yes I am completely new to SNES copiers, before last week, I've never touched one. I need help bad.
