Are you sure? European SNES consoles use the same mains adapter as the NES -- 9V *AC*, not DC.

Connecting a Euro SNES/NES mains adapter to a SWC DX will likely destroy it. (Unless the SWC DX is specifically designed to work with AC input, which is unlikely.)
