Yes they are VERY reliable. I ordered a CD64 from them like 3 years ago and i had a problem with it, and they took it back and gave me a brand new one free of charge. Like 2 years ago i bought the SUPER UFO from them and about 1 year ago i bought the GB GameJack from them. All the transactions went perfect with no complications whatsoever. Hope that helps!
