what's wrong with the old fashioned "I'm gonna develop my own games on it" excuse? How the hell can that be illegal? Even if the SWCDX2 has the capabiltity to dump carts, it's the same thing with a hammer. I can beat the shit out of someone with it, but it's still legal. It all depends what you use it for, so they judge can really lick my ass.
