how can I upgrade my 32mb double pro fighter's RAM?

I got a double pro fighter (thanx to reek the master of roms who fixed it)
32mb unit. Now how would I go about upgrading the RAM to say, 64mb (well at least 48mb to play tales of phantasia). The RAM board looks like you can solder on some more chips.
