Multi Game Hunter Bios

I noticed it seems to be possible to change (upgrade?) the bios of the MGH.

I've got a file on my computer which is called Multi Game Hunter bios rom 1.3c ... is there any newer?

Is it possible to upgrade the bios of the MGH? Does it make any difference?
