I've also had problems with two of those ROMs. Seiken Densetsu 3 needs a header fix. Apparently the translation patch corrupts the header. You can use SnesTool for this. As for Super Mario All-Stars + World, you can use a utility called UCon (I think that's the one) to remove the copy protection. I haven't tried the other two games on my copier, but I recommend doing a header fix on them if you haven't done that yet. That may be the problem.
