It's a Professor SF 32 meg version V6.21 (I'm guessing that's the bios)

This the my first SNES unit and so far the only problems are with the few games I've mensioned.

The SoM you posted works great. I was comparing it with the images I converted and noticed my converted SoM's are all missing headers.

I guess the best thing for DKC is to get ahold of a copy and dump it. That way I can compare the headers to see what's causing it to lock up. That should get all the DKC's to work if I gigure that out, I'm hoping at least.

From what I've read the Professor SF is very similar to the SF7 with the exception to the deprotect functions mine is missing.

Thanks for your help. I have collected 5 CD's worth of ROM's in SWC/SMC format so hopfully if I can get through these protected games it will become pretty easy soon enough.
