1. If you want to use your DX2's SRAM on any emulator, start SnesTool, choose "Delete Header" and choose your SRAM file. It'll cut 0,5 KB off of it. Rename the file to your_game.srm and use it with your emu! :)

2. Your emu's SRAM can be used straight away with your unit. The DX2 will say "File length error" when loading, but IT WILL LOAD THE DATA ANYWAY. Just try it out.

That's the way I've done it for ages :)
